General Provisions

The Application is a digital solution developed by the Service Provider, supporting the use of the Vampire bite alarms sold by the Service Provider, and is also suitable for recording fishing trips.
Using the Application requires login; only users who possess a Vampire bite alarm device can register such a device.
The user of the Application acquires a non-exclusive, territorially unrestricted, non-transferable, time-limited license to use the Application for their own purposes in accordance with the App Store’s General Terms and Conditions and these Terms of Use.

By using the Application, regardless of registration, you accept the following terms:
All content available on the Application is the intellectual property of the Service Provider or of a third party as indicated.
The Service Provider reserves all rights related to copying and distributing any part of the Application by any method or technique. The content and design of the pages belonging to the Application are protected under Hungarian law.

Without the prior written consent of the Service Provider, it is prohibited to process, sell, mirror, or retransmit the Application (in part or in full) including texts, graphics, photos, audio or video content, data structures, procedures, programs, advertisements, etc., even in their unaltered form.

Information from the Application may only be republished with a reference to the Application, provided that the re-publisher:

  • does not modify the original information,

  • clearly cites the source in each instance of disclosure.

The Service Provider strives to provide accurate and reliable information but assumes no liability for any damages resulting from the information provided.

The entire Application — including its graphic elements, text, technical solutions, and service components — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The Service Provider is the authorized user of all content displayed in the Application and the services accessible through it, including all intellectual works and other creations (e.g., graphics, materials, layout, structure, software and other implementations).

Saving or printing the content of the Application or its parts to any physical or digital media is only permitted with the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves all rights regarding all elements of its service, especially the domain names used, their subdomains, all other domain names reserved by the Service Provider, their subpages, and its online advertising platforms.
Any activity aimed at listing, organizing, archiving, hacking, or reverse engineering the Service Provider’s database is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Service Provider.

Without a separate agreement or the use of a dedicated service, it is prohibited to modify, copy, insert new data into, or overwrite existing data in the Service Provider’s database by bypassing the provided interface or search engines.


Rules for Using the Service

Connecting Products
For technical usage not regulated in these Terms of Use, the Service Provider or the documentation of the Application or the connectable products shall provide guidance.
After connecting, the extra functions described in the documentation will become available in relation to the bite alarms.

Recording a Fishing Trip
Recording a fishing trip is a convenience feature that allows the user to log the details of a specific trip. The user may record individually measured data related to catches, data measured by the connected Vampire bite alarm, and other data related to the location and weather conditions.


Other Provisions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use. Any changes will be communicated within the Application.
Hungarian law shall govern all matters not covered by these Terms of Use.
